Electrical Assembly Technician

Responsible for system/machine tool wiring.

Responsibilities/Skill Set:

  • System/machine tool wiring.
  • Experience in running cable and forming wire bundles.
  • Must be able to solder, use hand and power tools.
  • Possess a working knowledge of AC/DC circuits.
  • Able to work from wiring schematics and ladder logic.
  • Experience with DVM use.

Electrical Engineer

Design, develop, and supervise all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PC/PLC based hardware and software.

Responsibility/ Skill Set:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 8-10 years of experience in the field of (PVD SYSTEMS) or in a related area.
  • Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform assignment.
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within the (PVD SYSTEM) field. 
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Field Service Engineer

Must have Vacuum Deposition Equipment experience and understanding of vacuum principles.

Responsibilities/ Skill Set:

  • Install and repair High Vacuum equipment.
  • System startup and customer training.
  • Requires travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Requires the use of electronic, mechanical, vacuum, computer diagnostics to perform troubleshooting, failure diagnoses and calibration on PVD equipment and support components I.E. QCM, Vacuum gauges, power supplies, FC controller, flow switches and I/O cards.
  • Communicate technical support by means of email, fax and or phone.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years field service experience
  • Vacuum technology or electronics or military tech schooling
  • Basic Knowledge of leak detection equipment & techniques
  • Understanding of layouts, drawing using various test equipment & math calculating to confirm
  • Design setup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Valid driver license and passport

Warehouse Clerk

CHA Industries has an opening for a shipping and receiving clerk. We are looking for a motivated, self-reliant individual capable of accurately completing shipping and receiving duties.

Job Summary:

  • Receiving parts from multiple shipments and vendors through out the day.
  • Shipping parts using computerized UPS & FedEx program.
  • Setting up trucking for large/overweight items with various trucking companies.
  • Helping maintain inventory control by performing stock counts.

Welder

Responsibilities/Skill Set:

  • Weld product in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
  • AC/DC Tig weld Stainlees Steel.
  • Read blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Safe operation of welding equipment, saws, grinders, sanders.

Work Experience:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in vacuum welding.

Education:
