Pioneering and Innovative Approaches to Film Deposition System Technology
CHA's engineering team continues to provide the foundation for the company's pioneering and innovative approach to thin film deposition system technology. This is the group that invented the Mark 50, the highly renowned, almost legendary industry workhorse; as well as CHA's patented 3-Dome Planetary Fixturing, which forms the basis for any fixturing found in virtually all semiconductor evaporation lines around the world. CHA continues its drive for innovation with several patent-pending designs for electron beam guns.
Driven by specific customer needs, input and feedback, CHA engineers are not content to offer a mass-production line solution. Instead, they respond to each request by innovating, customizing or modifying CHA's products in order to ensure that you achieve your objectives: higher yields, maximum reliability, ease-of-use, and easy maintenance.
The CHA Engineering team is equipped with the latest programming and software tools. They've been honored to participate in Stanford University's NASA Space Gravity Probe B program (precision analytical/measurement chamber) and in the United States Display Consortium (using CHA's web/roll coating system).
Please consider our engineering expertise as a resource for designing and building thin film deposition systems or products specifically for your application.
